Easy Location — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Android ve iOS için geliştirilen Easy Location uygulamasının (uygulama kimliği com.burakseker.easylocation) hangi verileri nasıl kullandığını anlatır. Uygulama, bulunduğun yeri ya da haritadan seçtiğin bir yeri kaydetmeni sağlar.
Cihazında kalan veriler
- Uygulama hesap, giriş ya da kişisel bilgi istemez.
- Kaydettiğin konumlar (koordinat ve adres), verdiğin isimler, notlar, fotoğraflar, listeler ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazında, uygulamanın kendi klasöründe saklanır. Bir listeyi paylaşmadığın sürece bu bilgiler geliştiriciye ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez; geliştirici bunlara erişemez (bkz. "Liste paylaşma").
- Konum yalnızca "Konumumu Kaydet" düğmesine bastığında alınır; arka planda konum izlenmez.
- Fotoğraflar kameradan çektiğinde ya da galeriden seçtiğinde uygulamanın klasörüne kopyalanır. Uygulama galerinin tamamına erişmez, yalnızca seçtiğin fotoğrafları alır.
- Konumları, listeleri ve fotoğrafları uygulamadan silebilirsin; uygulamayı kaldırdığında tüm veriler silinir.
- Cihazının yedeklemesi açıksa (Android'de Google yedeklemesi, iOS'ta iCloud yedeklemesi) bu veriler kendi hesabındaki cihaz yedeğine dahil olabilir.
Liste paylaşma
- Bir listeyi "Listeyi paylaş" ile paylaştığında, kısa bir bağlantı oluşturmak için listenin adı ve içindeki konumların koordinatları, isimleri, adresleri ve notları (fotoğraflar hariç) geliştiricinin Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan sunucusuna (easylocation.pages.dev) gönderilir ve orada saklanır. Bu veriler bir hesapla ya da cihazınla ilişkilendirilmez.
- Bağlantıya sahip olan herkes listeyi görebilir ve kendi uygulamasına ekleyebilir. Bağlantıyı yalnızca görmesini istediğin kişilerle paylaş.
- Paylaşılan bir bağlantıyı açtığında liste aynı sunucudan alınır.
- Sunucuya ulaşılamazsa liste sunucuya gönderilmez; bunun yerine bağlantının içine yazılır.
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresinin, her gün değişen bir değerle alınmış tek yönlü özeti en fazla 2 saat tutulur; IP adresinin kendisi saklanmaz.
- Paylaştığın bir listenin sunucudan silinmesini istersen bağlantıyı aşağıdaki adrese e-postayla gönderebilirsin.

Uygulamanın kullandığı hizmetler
Bazı özellikler konum bilgisinin o anda bir harita hizmetine gönderilmesini gerektirir. Bu hizmetler veriyi kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler:
- Adres bulma ve arama: Kaydettiğin noktanın adresini bulmak ve adres ya da yer adı aramak için koordinatlar veya arama metni Android'de cihazın konum hizmetine (Google), iOS'ta Apple'ın harita hizmetine gönderilir.
- Harita görüntüsü: Android'de harita karoları OpenFreeMap'ten (openfreemap.org), iOS'ta Apple Haritalar'dan yüklenir; bu sırada görüntülenen harita bölgesi ve IP adresin bu hizmete ulaşır.
- Yol tarifi, haritada aç ve paylaş: Bu düğmelere bastığında konum, senin isteğinle seçtiğin uygulamaya (ör. Google Haritalar, Yandex, Waze ya da bir mesajlaşma uygulaması) aktarılır.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve ekranın altında banner reklam gösterir. Reklamları Google'ın AdMob hizmeti sunar. Google Mobile Ads SDK, reklam göstermek, reklamların etkisini ölçmek, analiz yapmak ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için şunları toplayabilir ve Google ile paylaşabilir:
- Yaklaşık konum: cihazın IP adresi; genel konumu tahmin etmek için kullanılabilir.
- Uygulama etkileşimleri: uygulamanın açılması, reklama dokunma gibi etkileşimler.
- Tanılama bilgileri: uygulamanın ve reklam kitaplığının başarımıyla ilgili bilgiler.
- Cihaz kimlikleri: Android reklam kimliği ve uygulama grubu kimliği gibi tanımlayıcılar; iOS'ta yalnızca izin verirsen reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA).
Bu veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (TLS). Google'ın bu verileri nasıl kullandığı için:
Android'in ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin (Ayarlar › Gizlilik › Reklamlar). iOS'ta reklam takibi yalnızca Apple'ın izin penceresinde izin verirsen yapılır.
Onay (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre)
Bu bölgelerdeki kullanıcılara ilk açılışta Google'ın onay penceresi gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlara onay verip vermemeyi sen seçersin. Kararını daha sonra ana ekrandaki Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri düğmesinden değiştirebilirsin.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Geliştirici çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel hâli bu sayfada, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır.

Easy Location — Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what data the Easy Location app for Android and iOS (app ID com.burakseker.easylocation) uses and how. The app lets you save where you are or a place you pick on a map.
Data that stays on your device
- The app does not ask for an account, sign-in or personal information.
- The places you save (coordinates and address), names, notes, photos, lists and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. Unless you share a list, they are not sent to the developer or to any other server; the developer cannot access them (see "Sharing a list").
- Your location is read only when you tap "Save My Location"; it is never tracked in the background.
- Photos you take or pick are copied into the app's storage. The app does not access your whole gallery, only the photos you choose.
- You can delete places, lists and photos in the app; uninstalling the app deletes all of its data.
- If your device backup is on (Google backup on Android, iCloud backup on iOS), this data may be included in the device backup in your own account.
Sharing a list
- When you share a list with "Share List", the list name and the coordinates, names, addresses and notes of its places (not photos) are sent to the developer's server running on Cloudflare (easylocation.pages.dev) and stored there to create a short link. This data is not linked to an account or to your device.
- Anyone with the link can see the list and add it to their own app. Only share the link with people you want to see it.
- When you open a shared link, the list is fetched from the same server.
- If the server can't be reached, the list is not sent to it; it is written into the link itself instead.
- To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address, made with a value that changes every day, is kept for at most 2 hours; the IP address itself is not stored.
- If you want a list you shared removed from the server, email us the link at the address below.
- The server is provided by Cloudflare: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Services the app relies on
Some features need to send location information to a map service at that moment. These services process the data under their own privacy policies:
- Addresses and search: To find the address of a saved point and to search for addresses or places, the coordinates or search text are sent to the device's location service (Google) on Android and to Apple's map service on iOS.
- Map display: On Android, map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org); on iOS from Apple Maps. The map area being shown and your IP address reach that service.
- Directions, Open in Maps and Share: When you tap these buttons, the place is passed, at your request, to the app you choose (e.g. Google Maps, Yandex, Waze or a messaging app).
Ads (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. Ads are served by Google's AdMob service. To show ads, measure their performance, run analytics and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the following and share it with Google:
- Approximate location: the device's IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location.
- App interactions: such as app launches and taps on ads.
- Diagnostic information: about the performance of the app and the ads library.
- Device identifiers: such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID; on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow it.
This data is encrypted in transit (TLS). For how Google uses this data:
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads). On iOS, tracking only happens if you allow it in Apple's permission prompt.
Consent (European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland)
Users in these regions see Google's consent form at first launch and choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice later with the Ad privacy options button on the main screen.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
